Stewart Falls

This is Haleys first Hike up to Stewart Falls. We went with Tara, Gary, Brandon, Stephanie, Jason, Haley and Myself. We went the day after the 4th of July. I am still catching up on all of the fun things we did over the fourth.

We finally made it. We thought it was a 1 mile hike. It ended up being a 2 mile hike up and 2 miles back. I don't suggest doing this in the middle of summer 6 months prego witha 4 year old child. I thought I was going to go into labor. I decided I am not much of a hiker unless it is a shorter hike and I am not pregnant.

Parade

The 4th of July wouldn't be the same without going to the parade. Salmon's always sleepover night to save a spot under the shade. My mom and brother Kevin and his family tagged along with us to the parade.
So for those of you who don't know Haley loves our neighbors the Boscos. This is where she sat the whole parade.
Well you can tell who camped out over night to save our spot. Thanks Lincoln and everyone else who sacrificed their sleep to get a good spot! I hope you enjoyed the parade! :)

Some 4th of July traditions....

Mini golf at Cascade golf course is something we do with the Salmons every year. There is also a little BBQ we go to there before we go golfing. Haley loves it.

Tim, Kristi, Jason, Tara and Gary after the Freedom Run that they ran in, early on the 4th.
Haley and I got up early to watch Jason and the other run through the finish line. I so am proud of Jason. It make me want to do it next year.

Our little girl is 4 years old!!!

The 4th of July week is pretty busy at our house. Not just because it is the 4th but on July 3rd it is Haley's birthday!!!
Jason and I made Haley breakfast in bed but she could hardly eat she was so excited to open her presents that was gave her.
This sleeping bag was one of her favorite gifts. It came in a backback with a flashlight and a water bottle. Just in time for the big sleepover that night at my parents house with all the cousins.
During the day Haley had a birthday party with some friends and cousins.
Grandpa Sherm and Grandma Sheryle with Haley.
This is Haley's friend Hannah.

birthday cont.

Haley and her cousin Kelsee.
Waterballoon toss...
This blow up slide entertained the kids the whole time. (Thanks Scott and Miriam for letting us borrow it!)
Sprinklers spraying under the tramp
When the party was over Haley was so excited to put on her make-up that her Aunt Chandra got her. She is all girl!!!
Where have the last 4 years gone. We love you Haley and we are so glad that you are a part of our family. You are an angel. We can't imagine life with our you. Happy Birthday!!!
