On Sunday, (Brynlee’s birthday) Jason stayed home with Haley because she has been sick. We decided to celebrate Brynlee’s “special day” another day so people could come over for cake and ice cream.
When I got back from dinner Jason had the cake in the oven and decided that the four of us would just celebrate it. As you can see from the pictures she went to town on the cake. She was had so much fun eating it and throwing it all over the place. Jason was laughing at me because I am not one for messes. I am a little OCD that way. But he said he would clean it all up, and that he did.
On Tueday night we had the Grandparents over for cake. (My camera battery died so sorry Salmon's I didn't get a picture of you guys!)

Oh and by the way this girl decided on her birthday to that crawling is not the way to get around! She is walking now!!

I love FIRST birthdays when the birthday girl/boy gets to smear that cake all over the place! Really...how much fun is THAT? Especially when you have someone cleaning it up afterwards!! Hope Haley's feeling better...and happy birthday Brynlee!
It's like she knew we all wanted her to walk before her birthday and she just decided on her own to wait till that VERY day. :) She is such a cutie Shannon. PS. Do you and Jason want to go on a date soon? Cause we want to watch your girls!
